All in-home estimates are provided free of charge unless otherwise stated.
Estimates are based on information available at the time of the visit and are subject to change upon further inspection of the job site.
A written contract will be provided prior to commencement of any work, in compliance with California Business and Professions Code requirements for home improvement contracts.

Deposits, if required, will not exceed 10% of the total contract price or $1,000, whichever is less, in accordance with California law.
Final payment terms will be outlined in your signed contract.

Workmanship warranty terms are provided separately in your project contract and/or warranty document. Manufacturer warranties on materials (where applicable) are passed through as provided by the manufacturer.
Craig John Pratt II Finish Carpentry is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to material availability, weather, or site access issues. Our liability for any claim related to services performed is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
